Description
At present, the high frequency welded pipe equipment designed and manufactured in China is a single loop high frequency device using an electron tube oscillator. By adjusting the anode voltage of the electron tube, the purpose of adjusting the high frequency output power is achieved. The electron tube high frequency welded pipe equipment has many shortcomings such as low efficiency, large volume, preheating before use and short service life of the electron tube.
Therefore, the solid state high frequency power supply using the power MOSFET to form the high frequency inverter is greatly improved in both capacity and frequency. Except in some special applications (such as high frequency dielectric heating), the solid state high frequency power supply can fully replace the electron tube high frequency power supply and become the representative of the new generation of induction heating power.
The main application field of high capacity solid state high frequency power supply is the high frequency welded pipe industry. Due to the severe working conditions in high frequency welded pipe industry in China such as open circuit of the inductor and short circuit of the inductor and the steel pipe, and the high frequency welded pipe power supply is basically in full-load long-term work, so the application of solid state high frequency power in the welded pipe industry represents the highest level of solid state high frequency power supply design and manufacturing.
Technical Features of TZGP-C Solid State High Frequency Welder
Perfect Structural Design
1.The rectifier switchgear and the inverter output cabinet are independently designed and connected by soft cables, which is convenient for on site lay out.
2.The rectifier uses DC chopping to ensure the power factor of the grid side is ≥0.92, and the harmonic content is relatively minimum. The 12-pulse thyristor rectification* can eliminate the 5th and 7th harmonics of the grid side, and the harmonic current of the grid side is the minimum.
3.The inverter bridge uses power unit stacking to complete power synthesis. Each MOSFET power unit is designed to be 50kW/100kW/150kW. Power units are designed as slide-type drawer structures for easy installation and maintenance.
